Crosstown Steel builds ornamental railings in aluminum, stainless steel and steel, combining custom pickets, scrollwork and clean architectural profiles. Whether the drawing calls for traditional forged detail or a minimal modern profile, the assembly is engineered before a single cut is made.
Glass infill railings with stainless posts are a favorite for lobbies, feature stairs and balconies overlooking the desert. Aluminum picket railings suit exterior stairs, patios and pool decks where corrosion resistance and low maintenance matter.
Pipe rails & picket guards that take abuse
Pipe railing is the workhorse for ramps, loading docks, rooftops and back-of-house stairs — simple, strong and easy to maintain. Picket railing is the standard for balcony and breezeway guards on multifamily buildings, including curved runs.
Every guard is built to code height and infill spacing, with anchorage detailed for your actual substrate. We also measure and match existing guards so replacement sections blend in with the original.
Built for code and the Arizona sun
Every guard and handrail is detailed to IBC and local code height, spacing and loading requirements. Exterior work is galvanized or powder coated with UV-stable finishes that hold their colour through decades of Arizona heat and monsoon season.
Fabrication and installation are both in-house — the people who welded your railing are the people who set it on site.
