Miscellaneous metal is the catch-all that keeps a project moving: rooftop equipment screens and the braced frames that hold them, access platforms and mezzanines, protective bollards and impact barriers, embed and bearing plates set for the concrete trade.
These pieces are detailed alongside the structural package so embeds land in the right pour and screens arrive when the cladding trade needs them — not as an afterthought.
Access, protection and one-off work
Roof access ladders with safety cages, elevated equipment platforms, protective bollards and bolted-down impact barriers all get the same treatment: measured, detailed, welded in the shop and installed by our own crews.
